No, our agency will never take a cut of your salary. The financial arrangement for our services will be between HireUp and the company you are hired at.
How much does it cost to use a recruiting agency as the candidate looking for a job?
At HireUp, we are paid by the hiring company and not the candidate. However if you are interested, we do offer additional services for an extra cost such as interview coaching, LinkedIn profile editing, resume rewrites, and being your allocated job strategist.
